Sorry...Lucky!!!

Two diametrically opposite films released last week with one common theme - stealing. One involved stealing heart (Sorry Bhai) and other, everything else and much more!

An highly educated upper class, modern-thinking couple plans to visit their elder son, Suri's marriage in Mauritius along with their, 'The Everything Alive Theory' specialist-scientist younger son, Siddharth (Sharman).
- Lucky, a clever 'Rishi Kapoor' Sardar belonging to a lower middle class family with an uncaring father (Paresh Rawal, PR) and carelessly-seducing stepmother wants to be rich in now or never fashion.

Trouble begins when stock broker Suri couldn't spend much time with free-flying, film-student fiance, Chitrangda Singh, who happens to find quantum of solace in Sharman. And here you go, Love blossoms quite naturally.
- Lucky, right from stealing money from his dad to removing tyres from a scooter to finance his dating with gift-shop girl, fulfils his desires and 'finds' his career.

Commanding mom (Shabana Azmi) happens to understand the nuances of this new-unstable relationship while passive dad (Boman Irani) enjoys everything from staring at couple-kissing-on-street to... literally everything!!
- Adolescent Lucky (Abhay Deol) find his mentor (PR again) and grows to be a grouse for the Dilliwallahs except for one girl, Sonal (Neeta Chandra).

Initial rejection and acceptance later when the newly formed couple couldn't 'control' their emoticons, helpless bhai tells his bhaiyya and as usual, hell breaks!
- Lucky is quite lucky atleast in love where his girlfriend doesn't mind him being a thief, that too a charmer thief. The rise and rise of Lucky creates a crack in relationship with his mentor and is caught thanks to his guru but soon to escape and rise again!

Much mellowed mom, after dad's tuition on 'how-to-love-childern', finds a probable solution to contain the nasty situation.
- Now celebrity thief Lucky, tries his luck in setting up of a hotel along with a smooth talking, rogue vet doc (PR yet again!) and his 'neither-here-nor-there' childhood friend but in vain. And he's caught and ...escapes again!

Awesome performances by the entire casts of both the films especially by Paresh Rawal in 3 completely different roles in Lucky and Shabana Azmi in Sorry Bhai. Best thing about both the movies is that, the judgement of morality w.r.t acts performed by the characters is left to viewers' discretion, where each and every character is flawed and perfect in their own perspective. Worth Watching both!

P.S: Guess, you got confused with topic title? Yes! i knew it!! :)
